IFS and The GUILD International College Announce Innovative Co-Hosting Partnership in Singapore
SINGAPORE – September 2026
The International French School (Singapore) (IFS) <www.ifs.edu.sg> and The GUILD International College <www.theguild.edu.sg> have officially announced a pioneering co-hosting partnership. Under this arrangement, IFS will host teachers, staff, and students from The GUILD on its campus premises, utilizing vacant space to foster a deeply inclusive, collaborative, and socially responsible educational environment.
The GUILD International College is Singapore’s first international college dedicated to neurodiverse learners aged 7 to 20+, providing personalised academic, social, and vocational pathways. This joint initiative will bring up to 70 students and 20 staff from The GUILD to the IFS campus.
The GUILD will occupy designated, currently unused spaces on the IFS 2900 campus. To ensure seamless continuity, the partnership is structured to ensure zero disruption to IFS’s daily teaching operations, academic timetables, or extracurricular activities. In addition to their dedicated academic space, The GUILD students will have scheduled access to the outdoor play areas and will share access to facilities such as the Gymnasium under a meticulously coordinated timetable.
This collaboration represents a strategic milestone for both schools—optimizing vacant school facilities and bringing to life the shared educational values of compassion, diversity, and active community participation.
Statements from Leadership:
Mr. Mathieu Bellamy, President of the IFS Conseil Executif (Board), stated:
“At IFS, our mission is to shape curious, confident, and empathetic global citizens who grow surrounded by diversity and respect. This partnership with The GUILD is a powerful,
practical manifestation of those values. By welcoming a fellow educational institution with such a vital and specialized mission, we are not only optimizing our campus resources, but we are also demonstrating our commitment to being an active, supportive, and compassionate neighbour within the wider Singapore community. Our students will have the invaluable opportunity to learn that diversity extends beyond cultural backgrounds to include learning and neurological differences, teaching them active empathy in their daily lives.”
Ms. Jayne Nadarajoo, Founder & Head of The GUILD International College, shared:
“We are thrilled to embark on this co-hosting journey with the International French School (Singapore). At The GUILD, our core objective is to offer an inclusive, safe, and empowering environment where neurodiverse learners can thrive, discover their unique strengths, and co-create their future. Having our teachers and students hosted at IFS’s world-class facilities opens up incredible pathways for organic, side-by-side growth. We look forward to exploring collaborative peer-to-peer initiatives in sports, music, and the visual and performing arts. Co-existing in this vibrant, multicultural environment will break down conventional barriers of inclusion, allowing students from both of our communities to learn, succeed, and build lasting communication and life skills together.”
The co-hosting arrangement is set to begin in the upcoming academic term at GUILD. Both institutions are committed to open communication, with planned information briefings and walkthroughs for their respective parent and staff communities in the coming weeks.
